PACE AREA RECREATION COMPLEX: The heartbeat of organized youth sports in Pace. It hosts Youth baseball, softball, football, and soccer leagues as well as community events and tournaments throughout the year.

SPENCER FIELD: Though technically a military auxiliary field (operated by NAS Whiting Field), the surrounding green spaces and paths around Spencer Field are open and welcoming to locals and perfect for walking, jogging, kite-flying, and casual recreation. Its quiet jogging trails are often enjoyed by locals for morning runs. This is not a structured park, but locals appreciate it for its wide-open space and tranquility.

BLACKWATER RIVER STATE PARK: Known for its crystal-clear tannin-rich waters, white-sand riverbanks, and scenic wilderness, Blackwater is a gem for outdoor enthusiasts. Rent tubes or kayaks and float lazily down the Blackwater River or strike out on one of the dozens of trails through longleaf pine forests, some leading to primitive camping areas. Spot deer, owls, gopher tortoises, and more. This park is part of Florida’s largest remaining longleaf pine ecosystem.
